At ANTE BERLIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
